His art education includes studies at the Ecole De Design De Paris, Lake Tahoe Community College, and private classes with wellknown artists in Europe and USA. Egon also graduated from Paul Fredericks Picture Framers Academy, San Francisco and worked at heritage Graphics West in Tahoe City, Ca as a picture framer. You can enjoy his images on silk, water color, mixed media metal leaf collages. Sculptures in wood, marble, soapstone Ltd. Ed. in bronze and silver. Photography: panorama and regular sizes printed on archival photo and fine art papers, also on silk and canvas, printed with archival pigmented inks. Ltd. Ed. prints from my originals on demand. Egon received many awards as Best of Show, first, second and third places in juried fine Art competitions. His contribution to Art education include two terms serving as president of the NAA Carson City, NV. A perennial appointment as Artist in Residence at the Tallac historic site, S.L.T. Teaching numerous painting classes and workshops across Nevada and California. Besides being a multitalented artist, Egon was in show business, performing a bicycle stunt act with his wife Elfie and his twin brother Helmut. Touring the World for 35 years and on the Ed Sullivan show May 1958. Egon's art is a delightful investment and quality addition to any home, business or corporate boardroom. A selection of his spectacular Paintings on Silk were on display for the past 3 years at the Harrah's VIP office and on the Summit Suites 16th Floor, Lake Tahoe.
